斐卓Feizhuo氣動式伸縮噴槍性能特點

大氣污染是近年來環(huán)保治理的重點。因燃煤工業(yè)窯爐煙氣中有NO--x, NO--x是一種主要的大氣污染物，它在強光作用下會與碳氫化合物發(fā)生反應行成有毒氣體，這種氣體排放到空氣中就會行成酸雨，嚴重危害生態(tài)環(huán)境。因此，在工業(yè)爐排氣前要求對有毒氣體進行前處理。目前，氨還原法脫硝因其工藝簡單，投資成本低，成為主要的煙氣脫硝法。氨氣脫硝方法主要工作原理是：在壓縮空氣的作用下，將還原劑通過噴槍氣體和液體入口在槍體內(nèi)碰撞產(chǎn)生霧化顆粒然后噴到爐窯高溫煙氣中，還原劑中的氨和煙氣中的氮氧化物發(fā)生化學反應，生成煙氣和水，脫出煙氣中的氮氧化物。

斐卓Feizhuo脫硝專用噴槍解決了普通清洗或降溫噴槍氣液能量交換不充分，霧化效果不好，還原劑霧化液滴動能不高，射程短，不能有效的將還原劑噴到預定位置，脫硝效率低，氨逃逸效率高等問題，是一款專門適用于工業(yè)爐窯的脫硝專用噴槍。

斐卓Feizhuo脫硝噴槍結(jié)構(gòu)組成

根據(jù)燃煤工業(yè)爐窯煙氣脫硝的實際工況要求，脫硝專用噴槍里帶有獨特的具有旋流功能的混合室，被稱為旋流混合室雙流體噴槍。

本噴槍主要由槍體、保護套、槍體、槍頭構(gòu)成。

槍體內(nèi)有螺紋型的壓縮空氣接口，混合室和螺紋型的還原劑接口，壓縮空氣接口和混合室之間有軸向小孔相通；還原劑接口焊接在槍體上，還原劑接口和槍體之間有與混合室呈切向的小孔相通。

（2）

保護套上焊有保護氣接口，保護氣接口加工有保護氣管路接入螺紋，保護套和槍體之間用緊定螺釘固定，套在槍體外；

（3）

槍體的一端與槍體的混合室焊接；另一端加工有螺紋，與槍頭連接。

（4）

槍頭的一端加工有螺紋，與槍體連接；另一端加工有不同形狀和尺寸要求的孔，以便控制噴霧形狀成實心錐和扇形。

FM霧化噴槍的霧化效果：

    霧化噴槍是由槍身、槍頭。槍身和槍頭通過一連接機構(gòu)連接；槍頭包含一噴嘴，噴嘴內(nèi)部焊有若干金屬圓鋼。

   目前市場上銷售的噴槍的噴嘴和槍針是由堅固耐磨、耐腐蝕的V4A鋼經(jīng)過精密的機械加工成形的，噴嘴內(nèi)部是一個錐形涂料通道，與槍針的前面尖端部位吻合，能行成一個涂料閥門作用。

　　噴槍怎樣才能噴出更好霧化效果，主要有以下幾點：

　　一、涂料粘度應調(diào)在17—20秒（簡易涂4杯）。

　　二、把噴幅旋鈕開到更大。

　　三、把涂料流量調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕擰緊，然后往回轉(zhuǎn)2.5圈。

　　四、把槍尾的壓縮空氣調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕開到很大，調(diào)壓表調(diào)到2—2.
