現(xiàn)代快報(bào)訊（通訊員 王今 記者 臧曉松）10月7日上午，揚(yáng)州高郵市公安局珠湖派出所接到報(bào)警稱，高郵市區(qū)一門面店附近有小孩被狗咬傷，孩子家長(zhǎng)與狗主人發(fā)生糾紛。

民警立即趕至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，經(jīng)詢問了解，10月6日中午，顧女士的兒子獨(dú)自一人在家門前玩耍，過了一會(huì)兒，顧女士聽到兒子的哭聲，趕緊出門查看，發(fā)現(xiàn)是鄰居黃某某家的寵物狗掙脫了繩子，將孩子的腿部咬傷，當(dāng)時(shí)顧女士緊張兒子傷勢(shì)，也沒和黃某某做過多交涉，便自行帶孩子去醫(yī)院治療。當(dāng)天過來要求黃某某賠償醫(yī)藥費(fèi)，雙方發(fā)生了爭(zhēng)吵并拉扯。

顧女士說，小孩被狗咬傷后，她已花費(fèi)注射狂犬疫苗、檢查等費(fèi)用開支600多元，后期還需要注射狂犬疫苗等，開支總共約1200元。

黃某某說，寵物狗是拴在門口的，小孩自己跑過來與狗玩耍，才導(dǎo)致寵物狗掙脫繩子，黃某某認(rèn)為責(zé)任并不在他，雙方僵持不下。

民警認(rèn)為，顧女士知道鄰居的店面有寵物狗，沒有看管好小孩，而黃某某店面是公共場(chǎng)合，對(duì)寵物狗疏于管理，小孩被寵物狗咬傷，雙方都要承擔(dān)一定責(zé)任。最終經(jīng)警方調(diào)解，雙方達(dá)成協(xié)議，由黃某某賠償顧女士醫(yī)藥費(fèi)共計(jì)900元。
