重磅！印度計劃新增19類產(chǎn)品強制BIS認證！
2017年，“一帶一路”進入加速期?！耙粠б宦贰毖鼐€國家在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、產(chǎn)能等領(lǐng)域存在巨大的合作空間，也在釋放大量鋼鐵需求。作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)必須的鋼鐵產(chǎn)品，我國鋼鐵行業(yè)出口可能將進入風(fēng)口期。然而作為“一帶一路“線上的國家—印度為了為保護本國鋼鐵企業(yè)，加速發(fā)展印度鋼鐵工業(yè)頻繁針對中國鋼材發(fā)起反傾銷以及強制認證門檻等提高貿(mào)易壁壘，導(dǎo)致中國出口印度的鋼材量下降明顯。
據(jù)杭州佳度檢測印度辦事處反饋，2017年11月1號印度鋼鐵司技術(shù)部頒布了關(guān)于新增19類鋼材強制BIS認證的意見稿的法案。法案要求相關(guān)方（進口商，出口商，貿(mào)易商，政府組織）等最晚在2017年11月前將相關(guān)意見遞交至印度鋼鐵部。
