一、用途

 適用于DVI、HDMI、DISPLAYPORT等高頻數(shù)據(jù)線纜芯線成纜絞合、包帶。

二、設備組成：三頭動力放線、雙頭包帶裝置和500懸臂式單絞機；

三、性能特征：整套設備電線部分采用PLC程序+HMI人性化控制，放線張力傳感器件控制，實現(xiàn)數(shù)字化顯示，張力自由跟蹤修正。效率高、絞合節(jié)距穩(wěn)定，誤差極小。

  The electric par of the equipment is controlled via PLCprogram and HMI. The pay-off tension is controlled by the highly sensitive pressure senor,with digital display and tension traction tracked and modified.Thus the machine can proide such benefities as high efficiency, stable intertwistpitst pitch andsmall tolerance.
