降溫設(shè)計獨特——為避免噴槍長期在850℃～1050℃的高溫環(huán)境下工作，固定式噴槍設(shè)計了獨特的降溫保護(hù)功能，大大延長了噴槍的使用壽命。

霧化效果良好——霧化角度30°～90°，霧滴顆粒在30～70μm，霧場噴射距離從800mm～7500mm，霧場在煙氣中穿透能力強(qiáng)、與煙氣混合均勻，反應(yīng)劑與煙氣中的氮氧化物反應(yīng)更加充分，確保脫硝。

3HVLP環(huán)保省漆噴槍和RP省漆高效噴槍有一個共同的特點，即霧化氣壓較低，涂料的傳遞效率都高于65％以上，在噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)上也還有一個共同的特點，就是都采用了當(dāng)今先進(jìn)的一項設(shè)計即空氣擾流板設(shè)計（圖五），這樣就確保了霧化空氣均勻地從風(fēng)帽內(nèi)部噴射出，當(dāng)霧化空氣均衡后，其霧化的涂料也就非常均勻，從而也就保證了涂料顏色的噴涂均勻。

由于RP省漆高效噴槍的涂料傳遞效率已非常接近HVLP噴槍，以往在美國只能使用HVLP噴槍，但從去年起，RP省漆高效噴槍已獲得美國20多個地區(qū)的認(rèn)可及批準(zhǔn)使用。
