銷軸、套筒、滾子加工中應(yīng)注意的幾個方面       1.  銷軸長短：對于光軸來講銷軸加工長短 很重要。因為銷軸鉚點時的露頭高度是根據(jù)銷軸直徑的多少計算出來的。如果銷軸短了其鉚頭增大率不夠，鉚點變小了。如果銷軸長了，鉚點銷軸容易彎曲，造成死節(jié)。如果銷軸長短不一致容易造成鉚點大小不一，影響鏈條的外觀質(zhì)量。
