環(huán)氧樹脂AB膠有很多種，都有不同的特性，鋁合金是屬于一種比較容易氧化的金屬，也是金屬里最不容易粘合的材料，但是還是可以用環(huán)氧樹脂AB膠來粘合的，除了環(huán)氧樹脂AB膠一般的普通膠根本就無法用來粘鋁合金材料，環(huán)氧樹脂AB膠粘鋁合金在短時間內(nèi)是不會脫落的，但是隨著長時間的氧化，到了一定的時間就會脫落！至于用量，購買時廠家都會有資料說明參考！

要粘接密封的部位需要保持干燥、清潔，按配比取量， A、B劑混合后需充分攪拌均勻，以避免固化不完全；攪拌均勻后請及時進行注膠，并盡量在可使用時間內(nèi)使用完已混合的膠液； 固化過程中，請及時清潔使用的容器及用具，以免膠水凝固在器具物品上。

1. 配膠前，為避免填充物沉降帶來的不良影響，請先分別攪拌甲乙組份后，再分別稱量。
2. 推薦使用配比：甲乙組份按4：1稱量。
3. 攪拌均勻并減壓脫泡15-20分鐘，即可進行灌封作業(yè)。
